Ring Expert – Mumbai Location Borivali (West), Mumbai (Current) – Open to switch in other Mumbai locations
Timings
11 : 00 am to 9 : 00 pm | Weekly off on one of the week days.
Job Overview
The Ring Expert is the main person to face the client. The Ring Expert drives the appointment in-store or online and handles client requirements using expert knowledge in styling, design, and people-reading skills—applying these to convert business. They handle the entire Client & Product cycle from Appointment to Delivery.
Lead to Appointment
- Lead nurturing from lead to studio visit
- Enquiry handling
- Providing prices on request
Appointment to Receipt
Driving the appointments per the provided SOP ensuring that the guidelines are followedProviding customers with necessary information about policies, products & servicesAble to gauge client’s mind-set & driving the appointment flowConducting virtual appointments driving to either closure or studio visitProcessing online ordersKeeping track of product offerings and availabilityQuotation communicationsBuilding positive customer relationsInventory managementAdministering studio cleanliness Advance acceptance & receipt generationHanding over cash to head-officeProcure to Pay
Following up on status of product before reception and sharing status with Head Office post receptionEnsuring that user expectations & design standards are met during the quality check processReceipt to Invoice

Must possess a MBA Degree and 2–4 years of proven experience as a Sales Executive in retail.
