Change management program manager

Job description10+ of exp Be able to demonstrate ownership / accountability with positive attitude Relevant functional project management experience in Banking / BFSI domain Experience of dealing with large scale implementations from functional / technical standpoint Exposure to working with diverse teams across locations PMI / Prince 2 certification Create and manage business case Structures and plans the front-to-back project activities Manage project resourcing and financials Manage RAIDs for the project through to logical closure Regular review of project status and RAIDs through established governance cycle Drive Working Group / Steer Co discussions for assigned project Maintain and actively manage initiative documentation, facilitating key governance artefacts and ensuring relevant and timely initiative MI
