- Key Responsibilities : Program Leadership Execution Creating the plan for transformation from one workflow to other with all important callouts (scope, checkpoints, RAID etc
- Execution of the plan for this transformation, mitigating all risks challenges Also, managing the production tasks at the same time with the older workflow
- Managing the cut-over from one workflow to another at the scheduled checkpoints
- Collaborating with our translation agencies for on boarding them on the new workflow who are the ultimate users of this new workflow
- Running assessment / dry-run cycles and record all issues Have feedback calls with the users / translation agencies and record feedback Articulate all feedback to convert them to relevant features to be taken up for platform development
- Creation of weekly progress reports Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, product, operations, finance, and marketin
- Oversee project lifecycles from planning to execution, ensuring milestones, budget, and timelines are met
- Strategy Planning Collaborate with executive leadership to define digital transformation goals and roadmaps
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable program plans
- Drive adoption of digital technologies such as cloud platforms, AI, data analytics, and automation tools
- Stakeholder Engagement Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Ensure effective communication, reporting, and alignment with stakeholders at all levels
- Manage change and foster buy-in from various departments during transformation initiatives
- Process Improvement Innovation Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for digital enhancement
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation across teams
- Implement agile methodologies and lean principles to improve delivery efficiency
- Budget Resource Management Develop program budgets and track financial performance
- Allocate resources effectively across multiple workstreams
- Engage with vendors and partners as needed to support digital initiatives
- Risk Issue Management Identify risks and issues proactively; develop mitigation plans
- Escalate unresolved issues as appropriate
