Job Purpose :
To lead a team of technical professionals in order to achieve maximum availability of systems such as HVAC, Firefighting, Plumbing, and High Rise M / Cs, in a cost-effective manner, complying with all safety, environmental, and legal norms of the Passenger Terminal Building & Airside–Landside Facilities.
Accountabilities :
- Operations and Maintenance of Mechanical Systems : Oversee HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Systems, Chillers, FCUs, AHU, and other systems within the Passenger Terminal Building & ALS at Nagpur International Airport.
- Team Leadership : Lead the mechanical team responsible for maintenance at Nagpur Airport.
- Performance Metrics & KPIs : Develop performance metrics and KPIs to support data-driven decision-making processes.
- 24 / 7 Maintenance Support : Lead efforts to ensure that airport maintenance (Mechanical) provides optimal customer service support to all maintenance departments, airport divisions, airlines, concessionaires, and the traveling public.
- Safety Systems Compliance : Provide leadership to ensure compliance with airport safety systems, including testing and maintenance of fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency communication systems.
- Budget Management : Prepare and present fiscal analysis, recommendations for capital and operational (O&M) budgets, and develop BOQ (Bill of Quantities) budgets.

System Availability : Ensure the percentage availability of systems, equipment, etc.Cost Savings : Achieve percentage savings on expenses, comparing budget vs. actual performance.CAPEX & OPEX Budget : Develop and manage quality plans for both CAPEX & OPEX budgets.Education Qualifications :
Required : B. Tech in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.Experience : 9-12 years of total experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Engineering Maintenance activities at airports.Skills Required
