Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to spearhead growth across warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics offerings. The role demands smart business development, strong stakeholder management, structured communication, and the ability to design solutions that solve real supply chain challenges.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify and target high-potential clients across FMCG, D2C, Pharma, Retail & E-commerce.
- Conduct detailed market research to uncover trends, white spaces & new opportunities.
- Lead intelligent outreach via LinkedIn, email, events & industry networks to build a strong pipeline.
2. Discovery & Solution Mapping
Drive structured discovery calls to diagnose client challenges & operational gaps.Translate business needs into warehousing, logistics, and tech requirements.Work with Ops & Tech teams to evaluate feasibility and craft scalable solutions.3. Proposal Creation & High-Impact Pitching
Develop customized proposals showcasing ROI, efficiency, and value.Present confidently to CXO-level stakeholders with data-backed storytelling.Use case studies & benchmarks to handle queries and build strong conviction.4. Negotiation & Closure Ownership
Lead pricing discussions, SLA alignment & contract structuring.Manage RFQ / RFP responses with cross-functional collaboration.Ensure timely closures and maintain high conversion ratios.5. Onboarding & Handover Coordination
Work with Implementation & KAM teams to ensure smooth post-closure transition.Set clear expectations and ensure stakeholders are aligned from Day 1.6. CRM Discipline & Performance Reporting
Maintain accurate pipeline, forecast & meeting logs in CRM.Track sales KPIs : conversions, proposals, closures & revenue.Prepare crisp weekly & monthly performance reports for leadership.Competency Framework :

2 to 5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in supply chain, logistics, SaaS, or related domains).Strong presentation, negotiation & solutioning skills.Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.A self-starter who thrives on ownership and performance.Role Details :
