Role Overview :
We are seeking a high-energy, consultative, and target-driven Sales Manager to fuel revenue growth for Edgistify. The role involves B2B sales for warehousing, fulfillment, and logistics solutions across multiple sectors.
This position combines business development, solution selling, client relationship management, and pipeline building, requiring a solid understanding of supply chain challenges and customer pain points.

Sales Execution & Revenue Growth :
- 25 years of sales experience, preferably in logistics, warehousing, 3PL, or enterprise solutions.
- Strong ability to build and manage pipelines, drive lead conversion, and close deals.
- Hands-on experience in B2B / enterprise sales cycles with CXO / VP-level stakeholders.
- Ability to translate operational challenges into commercial solutions.
Solution Selling :
Skilled in consultative selling, value articulation, and proposal presentation.Ability to assess client needs (volumes, geography, TAT, SLAs) and craft relevant solutions.Client Management :
Ability to handle end-to-end client engagementsfrom discovery to negotiation, contracting, and onboarding.Strong communication and presentation skills tailored for CXOs and operational heads.Sales Analytics & Tools :
Proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce), pipeline reporting, and forecasting.Structured approach to follow-ups, lead prioritization, and proposal tracking.Mindset & Soft Skills :

1. Business Development & Lead Generation :
Identify and prospect potential clients across FMCG, D2C, Pharma, Retail, and E-commerce.Conduct market research and industry mapping to identify high-potential segments.Initiate outreach through LinkedIn, email, events, and networking.2. Client Discovery & Requirement Analysis :
Conduct structured discovery meetings to understand supply chain gaps.Map client needs across warehousing, operations, and technology.Collaborate with operations and tech teams for feasibility assessment.3. Proposal Creation & Pitching :
Prepare tailored proposals highlighting ROI, cost efficiency, and scalability.Present proposals to CXO-level audience with a clear narrative on value delivered.Address objections with data, case studies, and relevant benchmarking.4. Negotiation & Closure :
Manage pricing discussions, SLA finalization, and terms.Lead RFQ / RFP responses with cross-functional teams.Ensure deals are closed within expected cycle time.5. Client Onboarding Support :
Coordinate with KAMs and implementation team during onboarding.Ensure a smooth transition from sales to execution stage.6. Reporting, CRM, and Sales Hygiene :
Maintain accurate CRM data, pipelines, forecasts, and weekly reports.Track KPIs such as lead conversions, meetings, proposals, and closures.Prepare monthly / quarterly performance reports.Competency Framework (Based on Your Parameters) :
