Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Bid Manager with international BPO experience to lead proposal development and bid strategy. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to craft compelling proposals that align with client needs and position us competitively in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop winning bid strategies by identifying key differentiators and aligning solutions to client requirements.
• Lead the end-to-end proposal process including RFP / RFI responses, opportunity summaries, and pricing models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (sales, delivery, finance, legal) and client teams to gather inputs and validate solutions.
• Ensure timely submission of high-quality proposals while managing risks and compliance.
• Respond to client queries and support pre / post-bid discussions and presentations.
• Manage client visits and contribute to WBR / MBR / QBR preparation and delivery.
