Skills and Experience Required :

• 6–8 years of IT industry experience, with at least 3 years in workforce / resource management or related HR operations.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizing skills.
• Experience in IT human resource management in areas such as :
• Capacity planning and forecasting for a large unit (700+ staff).
• Career development planning and employee engagement.
• Allocation and de-allocation of staff to projects.
• Bench management and utilization improvement.
• Coordination with HR for skilling, re-skilling, and talent mobility.
• Exposure to workforce analytics, process design, and resource management tools is desirable.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Power BI / MS Project experience is an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights for decision making.
• Good understanding of project management practices and workforce planning frameworks.
