Responsibilities
New Business Development :
Focused into Business Development – CV and Off-highway Segment
Focused in growing business in existing accounts irrespective of product family
Maintaining a healthy Pipeline of RFQs
Conversion of RFQs into business at an acceptable conversion rate
Market Research
Business Finalization :
Contract Negotiation, Formulation and Finalization
Should have exp. in International Sales
Export knowledge & experience is mandatory
Pricing Mechanism (Including RM and Other Cost Escalation Recovery)
Sales :
Overall Responsibility of Account regards to below functions :
First Point of Contact for any queries irrespective of functional area
Supply Chain
Demand as per SOB
Finance – Ensuring Healthy Cash Flow
Quality Performance Score : PPM, Delivery Performance
Quality Issues Liaison
Central Management Activities
Program Management – NPD :
Ensuring a smooth TR, PPAP right till Series establishment
Ensure PPAP and Development Timeline adherence
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets through continuous planning and monitoring relationships with the external and internal customers.
Sustained achievement of sales target –Quarterly and Yearly.
Maintain a healthy business pipeline for respective area / customers.
Qualifications
BE Mechanical + MBA
15+ years' of relevant work experience
Should have exp. of International business development & Key Account Management
Should have experience and knowledge in Export
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
