Job description

Marketing Automation & CRM Management :

  • Oversee the management of marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Marketo) to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain and optimize the integration of marketing systems with CRM (e.g., Salesforce), ensuring data accuracy and seamless handoff of leads to sales.
  • Implement workflows, automations, and segmentation strategies that drive personalized marketing campaigns.

Data Management & Analysis :

  • Manage the integrity and quality of marketing data, ensuring accurate tracking of campaign performance and lead data.
  • Conduct regular data hygiene processes, including lead scoring, deduplication, and database segmentation.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations for campaign optimization and performance improvement.
  • Campaign Performance & Reporting :

  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track marketing KPIs such as lead generation, funnel conversion, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and return on marketing investment (ROMI).
  • Analyze marketing metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Report on key performance trends and provide actionable insights to the marketing team and senior leadership.
  • Process Optimization & Efficiency :

  • Identify opportunities to streamline marketing processes, reduce inefficiencies, and improve campaign execution speed.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for marketing processes, systems, and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing and sales processes, optimizing the lead handoff and conversion process.
  • Technology & Tool Management :

  • Act as the point of contact for marketing technology platforms, ensuring systems are properly configured, maintained, and optimized for performance.
  • Research and evaluate new marketing technologies and tools that could improve the efficiency of the marketing team.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors and ensure effective use of marketing tools.
  • Technical Proficiency :

  • Strong experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., SFMC, Marketo) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, segmentation, and campaign attribution models.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, email marketing best practices, and web analytics.
  • Analytical Skills :

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and make data-driven decisions.
  • Process-Oriented

  • Ability to design and improve marketing processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Desirable Skills & Experience

  • Experience with advanced marketing analytics techniques (e.g., funnel analysis, attribution modeling, customer journey mapping).
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and CCPA and how they impact marketing operations.
  • Certification in marketing automation platforms (SFMC, Marketo) or CRM (Salesforce).
