Sourcing efforts for multiple disciplines with a focus on technical sourcing
Consultative approach to candidate engagement and retention
Candidate, SME [subject matter expert], & recruiter relationship building and management
Participates in intake calls / requisition reviews
Ability to understand a variety of job descriptions as well as strong industry knowledge
Creation and marketing of compelling job postings
Candidate assessment and selection techniques
Collaborate on sourcing framework
Executes various sourcing strategies
What you need to bring :
2+ years of experience in talent acquisition
3 years of strong Sourcing experience
1+ years of experience in semiconductor hiring background
Bachelor’s degree preferred HS Diploma or equivalent required
Strong grasp of candidate source and channel analytics
Strong grasp of diversity recruitment concepts
Understanding of SEO, keywords, and social tools
Should be efficient in sourcing candidates through ATS, Linkedin & Naukri
Strong knowledge and experience in using different passive sourcing tools Google searches, X-ray, Facebook
Ability to connect and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization
Proficiency using Google mail, Google Sheets, calendaring and shared drives
