We are looking for an experienced training consultant who can help us design, execute and evaluate all our employee development initiatives through hosting training programs and other related events.

Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions

  • Gather and analyze information to determine learning needs.
  • Organize session materials, objectives and meaningful activities tailored to the group or organisation&aposs needs.
  • Evaluate training programs and materials at regular intervals.
  • Facilitate enterprise leadership programs and other learning modules to deliver classroom or virtual solutions based on adult learning theory providing a high-impact, interactive environment.
  • Foster a safe and inclusive environment where all participants feel comfortable sharing their ideas.
  • Develop in-house training programs as assigned for India requirements to deliver classroom, virtual or self-paced learning curriculum consistent with current trends and best practices.
  • Evaluate the overall effectiveness of the training programs and make necessary improvements.
  • Document, track, and report on progress, including summary reports, key insights, challenges, and potential solutions.
  • Capture all learning interventions on the Learning Management System
  • Track and analyze learning curriculum effectiveness using Impact Mapping or other traditional evaluation techniques.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and business partners.
  • Assume responsibility for ongoing development, researching industry standards and best practices and embracing new technologies.
  • Develops and provides learning metric reporting to management.
  • Communicate and collaborate across teams and levels

Requirements

  • Overall, 12–15 years of experience as a behavioral trainer or similar role and 3-5 years of demonstrable experience facilitating leadership workshops, group discussions, etc.
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering training programs and workshops for specific business needs.
  • Excellent decision making and organizational skills with the ability to plan and execute sessions and other requirements effectively.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced skill level MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge and experience in adult learning.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • Willing to work in shifts.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and motivate participants.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and geographies.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing workplace requirements.
  • Education

    Bachelor&aposs Degree in Human Resources or related field

    Other Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of modern training techniques and tools.
  • Experience using learning management systems.
  • Familiarity with virtual training and e-learning platforms.
  • Registrations / Certifications / Licensing Required

  • Certification in facilitation, training, or coaching (e.g., Certified Professional Facilitator).
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS (if Applicable)

    HYBRID – 9 : 30 a.m. to 6 : 30 p.m. or 11 : 30 a.m. to 8 : 30 p.m. shift with few exceptions' basis the requirements.
