About the Role :

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-driven individuals to join our Business Development team as Interns. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain hands-on experience and develop a strong foundation in business strategy, client engagement, and market research.

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a pivotal role in identifying growth opportunities, engaging with prospective clients, and supporting the sales team through end-to-end lead management and market intelligence. Upon successful completion of the internship, high-performing candidates will be offered a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead Generation & Client Research : Identify potential business opportunities through market research, online platforms, and industry databases. Develop and maintain a prospective client pipeline.
• Scheduling Demos & Follow-ups : Coordinate and schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and follow-up calls with prospective clients to drive engagement and conversions.
• CRM Management & Reporting : Maintain accurate records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. Generate reports and track progress against business goals.
• Pitch Deck & Proposal Preparation : Assist in the creation and customization of client presentations, proposals, and sales collaterals tailored to client needs.
• Competitive Analysis : Monitor industry trends, perform competitor analysis, and provide actionable insights to enhance strategic positioning.
• Client Interaction & Communication : Engage with clients through various communication channels, respond to queries, and build lasting relationships that support business growth.
