Studio Operations Manager

We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused

Operations Manager

to join our academic production team at ALLEN Digital. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily studio and post-production workflows, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery of academic content. This position demands strong project management, team coordination, and resource planning capabilities. It's ideal for someone with prior experience in production operations and a solid grasp of modern tools — including AI platforms — to drive efficiency, visibility, and scale in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Responsibilities :

Oversee daily studio and post-production operations

Coordinate across departments (writing, shoot, edit, animation)

Optimize resource allocation, timelines, and quality

Maintain inventory of tech and shoot materials

Requirements :

3+ years experience in studio or production operations

Strong project management and leadership skills

Solid understanding of relevant AI tools(ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) with the ability to use them for improving tracking and productivity is essential.
