Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Executive at our Pune location. The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience by managing guest relations, handling customer service inquiries, and performing receptionist duties. Additional tasks include supporting sales efforts and maintaining clear communication with clients and team members to enhance overall customer satisfaction.

• Experience in Sales support

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior experience in the real estate industry is advantageous
