We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Analyst 2 to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in analyzing business processes and systems, working closely with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and drive technological solutions.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, and user manuals.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure system functionality meets business needs.
- Assist in project management activities, including timeline development and resource allocation.
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.6-10 years of experience in business analysis or systems analysis.Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.Proficient in data analysis tools and methodologies.Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management frameworks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Knowledge of SQL and database management systems.Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and business intelligence tools.Skills Required
