Talent acquisition : Writing job descriptions sourcing candidates screening applications conducting interviews and managing the hiring process.

Onboarding and development : Organizing and coordinating new hire orientations creating and implementing training programs and supporting employee career development.

Performance management : Overseeing performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and providing guidance to managers on performance-related issues.

Compensation and benefits : Managing payroll administering employee benefits like health insurance and retirement plans and conducting salary reviews.

Employee relations : Bridging the gap between management and employees handling employee concerns and working to improve employee engagement.

Compliance and policy : Ensuring the organization complies with labor laws updating HR policies and maintaining employee records.

Strategy and support : Developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with business objectives providing reports and data to management and advising on human capital needs.
