Documentation & Closing : Prepare all necessary paperwork, including purchase agreements, leases, and closing statements, and assist clients through the closing process. Typical DutiesClient Communication : Advise clients on market conditions, mortgages, property taxes, and expenses. Listing Management : Document and list properties with photos to attract potential buyers or renters. Networking : Build relationships with mortgage lenders, contractors, and other professionals to facilitate transactions.
