Role Description
The Digital Marketing Executive will play a key role in amplifying The Animal-i's digital presence across political, corporate, and media ecosystems. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Trivandrum.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing multi-platform digital campaigns that align with client objectives and brand goals. You will manage social media advertising, Google Ads, SEO initiatives, content strategy, and audience analytics to drive visibility, engagement, and conversions.
Daily responsibilities include :
- Designing and executing digital marketing strategies for client campaigns and internal projects.
- Managing paid media campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), and other emerging platforms.
- Creating engaging content calendars and coordinating creative production for ads, reels, and digital posts.
- Monitoring campaign performance through analytics tools, interpreting data, and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborating with the content and design teams to maintain consistent brand voice and tone.
- Optimizing landing pages and user funnels to improve lead generation and ROI.
- Managing online reputation, influencer collaborations, and engagement strategies when required.
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing — including Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance optimization.Strong understanding of social media marketing, SEO, SEM, and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.).Experience in content writing and storytelling for digital campaigns.Ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns across channels.Proficiency in marketing automation tools, ad managers, and keyword research platforms.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field.Experience in political PR, branding, or media intelligence is a strong advantage.Preferred Traits
