Role & responsibilities
- Organize and execute all BTL activities including local events (in-store camps, neighbourhood camps).
- Ensure that monthly promotions and store communication elements are carried out according to the check list
- Plan BTL activations to increase footfalls / abv
- Place inserts in catchment areas and conduct door-to-door campaigns
- Follow a checklist for any new store openings and coordinate with the Head Office for any assistance
- Create weekly and monthly reports and share them with regional heads and HO teams
- Execute community connect programs in accordance with SOP
- Drive the sales of BGM & strips (Fy25-26)
- Monitor and maintain budgets, vendor management
- Drive the sales of campaigns in association with ops team
Preferred candidate profile
Graduates with experience handling direct marketing activities. Implement new strategies for Marketing, excellent coordination skills, Good Communication, analytical and creative skills, People Management, Relevant idea of Geographical Locations, Willingness to travel, Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.Skills Required
