Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage sales performance of the zone, achieving targets set by company management.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through distributor handling and retail channel development.
- Identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key customers, and negotiate contracts.
- Ensure effective communication with internal stakeholders on sales activities, forecasts, and issues.
- Oversee ROI calculation for marketing campaigns and analyze results to optimize spend.
Desired Candidate Profile
10-15 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in General Trade Sales (GTS), Distributor Handling, Personal Care products.MBA / PGDM degree from a reputed institution; relevant certifications like NISM would be an added advantage.Proven track record of achieving sales targets through innovative approaches such as ROI Calculation & OTC Sales.
