Job description

Job Title : IT Plant Head

The IT Plant Head plays a crucial role in the plant's IT team, overseeing overall IT infrastructure, applications, and systems. The position involves supporting, maintaining, and enhancing IT operations to meet manufacturing and compliance needs. This includes production, quality control, engineering, and warehouse operations.

Lead Site IT Team :
Closely work with cross-functional teams and HO teams for system improvements, CAPAs, and digital projects.
Evaluate and upgrade existing IT infrastructure, applications, and OT technologies.
Support regulatory audits and provide remediation assistance.

Key Responsibilities :

Design, implement, and maintain robust infrastructure and systems for internal functions like production, engineering, QC, and warehouse.

Manage active and passive networking components, including switches, routers, firewalls, and cable systems.

Ensure all IT systems comply with industry regulations and standards, particularly GxP standards.

Maintain good documentation practices for IT infrastructure, applications, configurations, and procedures.

Ensure information security measures, including cyber security protocols and privacy security standards to protect sensitive data.

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in server management (Windows, Linux).

Strong knowledge of active and passive networking (LAN / WAN, switches, routers, firewalls).

Expertise in information security, cyber security, and privacy security.

Adequate knowledge of OT-IT systems integration (L1 & L2 systems, DAS, Historian).

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree or above from a reputable institution.

15 to 20 years of relevant experience.
