Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager who can independently plan, execute, and manage on-ground events, expos, and B2C activations and offline lead generation for Indofast. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring strong operational capability, vendor management expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality brand experiences consistently.
You will work closely with the marketing, design, sales, operations, and leadership teams to bring our brand to life at customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and can handle end-to-end event ownership-from ideation to execution to reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Event & Expo Management
- Plan, execute, and manage all events, expos, on-ground activations, and B2C marketing activities.
- Lead end-to-end logistics including venue finalization, stall setup, branding materials, staffing, and giveaways.
- Ensure strong on-ground brand presence and smooth event operations.
- Be physically present during setup and event days to supervise execution.
- Manage promoter teams - training, briefing, pitch preparation, and on-ground supervision.
2. B2C Activation & Lead Capture
Design and execute high-impact B2C campaigns, community events, and engagement initiatives.Implement structured lead capture processes through QR codes, forms, and digital tools.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely handover of leads to the sales team.Track performance and conversion quality of B2C event leads.3. Vendor Identification, Negotiation & Managemen t
Identify and onboard vendors for events, fabrication, printing, promoters, logistics, and branding.Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines to ensure cost-effective, high-quality output.Manage vendor performance and ensure adherence to brand guidelines and quality.Maintain a master database of approved vendors.4. Budgeting, Cost Control & ROI Tracking
Prepare detailed event budgets and manage end-to-end financial planning.Compare vendor quotes and optimize spending.Review event ROI including cost per lead, engagement metrics, and footfall.Present insights and improvement recommendations for future events.5. Branding & On-Ground Quality Control
Work with the creative team to ensure branding assets are developed on time.Oversee installation quality at events, stalls, and activations.Approve print, fabrication, and branding materials before deployment.6. Internal & Cross-Functional Coordination
Align with Sales, Operations, Branding, Design, and Leadership teams for event planning.Communicate event objectives, deliverables, and responsibilities clearly to all stakeholders.Ensure real-time coordination on event day for flawless execution.7. Marketing Administration & Finance Coordination
Collect invoices from the Brand & marketing team for all vendors, agencies, and stakeholders involved in marketing activities.Coordinate with procurement for vendor creation, onboarding, and compliance documentation.Work closely with the Finance team to ensure timely bill submission, processing, and payment follow-ups.Maintain updated records of :o Approvals

Maintain a central repository of all marketing-related payments, contracts, and PO documentation.Ensure high accuracy and discipline in marketing financial processes.8. Campaign Innovation & Market Insights
Propose new activation formats, ideas, and engagement strategies.Track competitor events, category trends, and emerging best practices.Recommend high-impact, scalable ideas for customer engagement.9. Logistics & Asset Management
Manage inventory of event assets, branding material, giveaways, display kits, and printed collateral.Ensure availability and timely dispatch of materials for all events and activations.Maintain logs of asset usage and replenishment requirements.10. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare detailed post-event reports with performance metrics, photos, learnings, and improvement plans.Maintain an organized repository of event footage, brand installations, and vendor deliverables.Create SOPs, checklists, and training documents for repeatable event execution.Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5+ years in events, activations, field marketing, or experiential marketing.Strong background in vendor management and on-ground operations.Experience handling budgets, lead capture systems, and marketing admin workflows is preferred.Must be comfortable with regular travel for events, activations, vendor meetings, and on-ground supervision.Technical Skills
MS Excel / Google Sheets for budgeting, tracking, and reporting.Knowledge of CRM / lead capture tools (Google Forms, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)Basic familiarity with print, fabrication, and event production processes.Understanding of event technology (QR tools, registration tools, etc.)Soft Skills
