Position Overview
We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Google Ads to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy. This role is tailor-made for someone who thrives on data, experimentation, and ROI-driven marketing someone who can translate budgets into measurable growth and optimize every click for performance.
Key Responsibilities
1. Google Ads & Paid Media Execution
- Plan, execute, and manage high-performing campaigns across Google Search, Display, YouTube, and
Performance Max.
Develop keyword strategies and ad structures that maximize reach and conversion efficiency.Continuously optimize campaigns for CPC, CTR, ROAS, and lead quality.Conduct A / B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.Implement precise conversion tracking and analytics through Google Tag Manager and GA4.2. Budget Planning & Optimization
Own the end-to-end media budget — planning, allocation, pacing, and ROI optimization.Forecast performance outcomes and provide data-backed recommendations to leadership.Identify high-performing channels and reallocate spend for maximum impact.Ensure efficient cost per lead (CPL) and continuous improvement in return on ad spend (ROAS)3. Strategy, Insights & Reporting
Build and execute data-driven performance marketing strategies aligned with business goals.Analyze campaign metrics and customer journeys to identify growth opportunities.Collaborate with the design and tech teams to improve landing page performance and ad relevance.Prepare weekly and monthly reports with clear insights, learnings, and next steps.Required Expertise
3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads campaign management (mandatory)Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and performance metricsExperience with Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Tag ManagerProficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysisStrong communication and collaboration skillsExperience in lead generation and B2B campaign structures (bonus if in construction, manufacturing, orindustrial sectors).
Good to Have
