As our Talent Development Lead, you'll be at the forefront of this mission-building structured learning programs, upskilling employees, and laying the foundation for talent development.

What You'll Do Your role will be 80% Learning & Development (L&D) and 20% Talent Development (future focused initiatives).
1. Learning & Development (Core Focus - 80%) a. Identify Training Needs (TNI / TNA) & Engage Stakeholders
b. Design, Develop & Deliver High-Impact Training Programs
c. Create Engaging & Effective Learning Content
d. Drive Compliance & Mandatory Training
e. Measure & Optimize Learning Impact
2. Talent Development (Future-Focused - 20%) a. Lay the Foundation for Future Talent Development Programs
b. Enhance Learning Culture & Employee Engagement
Who You Are & What You Bring
➢ You're a Learning & Development Expert - You understand adult learning principles & corporate training methodologies.
➢ You're a Communication Pro - Strong spoken & written English with business communication expertise.
➢ You're a Stakeholder Manager - You can influence leaders & employees to embed learning into business success.
➢ You're a Content Creator - You love designing training materials that are engaging & effective.
➢ You're Data-Driven - You track training impact & use insights to continuously improve.
➢ You're Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using LMS, LinkedIn Learning, virtual training tools.
➢ 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or related HR roles. Strong experience in Training Needs Identification (TNI), curriculum design, and content creation.
➢ Expertise in communication training (Business English, leadership communication).
➢ Exposure to LMS, digital learning tools, e-learning content creation.
➢ Experience working in IT services organization is an added advantage!
