Role Overview :

The goal is to promote food and beverage products or services (like hotel banquet spaces, catering menus, supplier deals) to maximize profit.

• Manage B2B client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to stay on top of F&B trends and competitors.

• Coordinate with operations, culinary teams, and marketing to deliver consistent service.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and F&B events to build a network and generate leads.
