Business development representative - mohali

Key Responsibilities

Engage leads via calls and convert prospects into virtual meetings or school visits.

Travel to schools for demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations.

Achieve sales targets through direct conversions or by supporting BDMs.

Maintain accurate CRM records and provide exceptional after-sales service.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate / MBA with a minimum of 1 year of field sales experience.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

3+ years of experience in a similar industry.

Strong skills in patience, critical thinking, and problem solving.

Compensation & Location

Salary : 4 lpa to 7.5lpa

Work Location : Mohali / SAS Nagar
