We are now looking for a Social Media Operations Intern to support scheduling, posting, and campaign execution across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.) using scheduling tools.
• Assist in executing email and SMS marketing campaigns with proper targeting and timing.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and follower growth.
• Prepare basic reports summarizing social media and campaign performance to guide optimization decisions.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience targeting.
