We are now looking for a Social Media Operations Intern to support scheduling, posting, and campaign execution across social channels.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and publish posts across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) using scheduling tools.

Assist in executing email and SMS marketing campaigns with proper targeting and timing.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, click-through rate (CTR), and follower growth.

Prepare basic reports summarizing social media and campaign performance to guide optimization decisions.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with brand voice, campaign goals, and audience targeting.

Required Skills & Experience

Basic understanding of social media platforms and management tools.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.

Preferred Qualities / Bonus Skills

Prior internship experience in social media marketing or campaign management.

Familiarity with social media analytics and post optimization strategies.
