Job Title : Enterprise Sales Manager – IT Infrastructure

Role Overview :

We are looking for an Enterprise Seller with strong industry connects and proven hunting skills to drive business growth in the Delhi & NCR region. The ideal candidate will have deep relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and IT / Infra Heads, and should possess a solid understanding of Infrastructure, VMware, and Cybersecurity solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identify, engage, and develop new enterprise accounts across verticals.
• Leverage existing relationships with CIOs, CISOs, and IT Heads to build pipeline and drive conversions.
• Understand customer environments, pain points, and IT strategy to position Infrastructure, VMware, and Cybersecurity solutions effectively.
• Work closely with OEM partners and internal pre-sales teams to design and deliver winning solutions.
• Maintain and grow the regional sales funnel with a strong focus on hunting and new business acquisition.
• Track market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to create strategic opportunities.
• Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
