Clyptus - Business Analyst - Finance Domain

Key Responsibilities :

• Work closely with finance teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for system enhancements and new implementations.
• Perform financial data analysis to support business decisions and identify areas of improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and product teams to implement solutions aligned with financial and business needs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and KPIs for financial performance monitoring.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and recommend process improvements.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis as required.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth adoption of financial systems and tools.
• Provide training and documentation for finance teams on new processes or systems.
