About the Client :

We’re a performance marketing agency that helps brands grow profitably through paid media. Our approach is lean, transparent, and channel-agnostic—focusing on what moves the needle for our clients. Whether it’s scaling e-commerce through Google Shopping or launching full-funnel performance campaigns, we’re here to do high-impact work without the agency fluff.

Now, we’re looking for someone who’s ready to own our Google Ads offering and support new initiatives across Google Ads and Store Management. If you’re sick of micromanagement, red tape, or being siloed in a large team, you’ll feel at home here.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with deep experience in Google Ads and the ability to manage client accounts independently, from onboarding to optimisation. You’ll also have the opportunity to support our growth into eCommerce Store Management—so bonus points if you’ve worked with those channels too.

Most of our client communication happens via email, so written clarity and promptness are essential. This is a hands-on role where you’ll need to work autonomously, take initiative, and drive performance.

Joining as employee #5 in our first Performance Marketing role, you’ll work very closely with our founders, Jamie and David, to accelerate the business forward and craft our vision for the performance marketing function.

With this wide scope of responsibilities, you’ll have the chance to learn a huge breadth of skills and gain exposure to how a fast-scaling agency is built.

With this early-stage experience and in-depth knowledge of the business, you’ll be in a great position to grow with the business into a senior position within the performance marketing function and beyond. All dependent on your performance of course!

Key Responsibilities - What you’ll be doing :

Google Ads Management

  • End-to-end ownership of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, PMAX, and Display.
  • Setup, tracking, GTM, and performance reporting
  • Ongoing campaign optimisation, testing, and strategy development.

Client Account Management (Email-based)

  • Provide regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations via email.
  • Troubleshoot tracking issues and suggest improvements.
  • Google Ads & Store Management

  • Assist with campaign setup, optimisation, and reporting on Ads.
  • Support store management, including product listings and merchandising.
  • Internal Process Ownership

  • Streamline setup processes and reduce time spent on operational grunt work.
  • Flag inefficiencies and help build lean systems to scale ad operations.
  • Requirements - What you’ll need to bring :

    Must-Haves :

  • 3+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience (Search, Shopping, PMAX, GTM).
  • Proven ability to manage ad accounts from onboarding through to optimisation.
  • Strong email communication and client-facing professionalism.
  • Self-sufficiency and initiative—comfortable working without micromanagement.
  • Nice-to-Haves :

  • Familiarity with broader performance marketing tools and reporting platforms.
  • Experience in a lean startup or small agency environment.
  • Work Schedule

  • 9am - 5pm UK time (2 : 30 pm - 10 : 30 pm IST)
  • Monday to Friday - condensed also work hours available
