Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and communicate a compelling employer branding message based on the organisation's values & way of working, ensuring all outputs align with River's brand guidelines
- Build and implement an Employer Branding calendar. Take ownership of all collaterals and timelines across multiple platforms
- Create and implement company-wide communication plans that inform and engage with employees.
- Oversee internal communication across platforms such as messaging, intranets, blogs, and social media.
- Lead communication efforts during organizational changes and projects.
- Be a part of all internal company events and celebrations
- Track key metrics to understand engagement and optimize messaging for both internal and external audiences.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Media, Brand, Marketing and Leadership to ensure consistent messaging.
Ideal Candidate :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing / Communications3+ years of experience in driving employer branding initiatives and in structured communicationStrong project management skills with the ability to work with cross-functional teams under tight timelinesWell-versed in using digital and social media platformsExcellent written and oral communication skills with attention to detailAbility to solve problems and generate new ideasSkills Required
