Service Delivery Technical Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical professional to join our team as a Senior Application Support Engineer.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering projects that improve the service delivery of our Application Support team and owning the triage, investigation, and resolution of complex technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background with expertise in troubleshooting, analytical, and data skills. They will also have familiarity with AWS services, SQL, release management toolset, and service reporting tools (Datadog).

A high level of communication skill and ability to build strong partnerships is essential for this role.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience participating in change management and incident response processes.

Additionally, they should be familiar with Hubspot, Jira, Datadog, and Sentry, although this is not a requirement.
