Job description10–12 years in pricing strategy, product analytics, and revenue optimization. Expertise in dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and scheduling in B2C industries. Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau. Experience in high-growth, data-driven environments. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Education : B.Tech (CS) or Bachelor's in related fields; advanced certifications preferred.

Role and Responsibilities :
- Design dynamic pricing models based on demand, customer behavior, and market conditions.
- Implement pricing strategies and optimize performance through A / B testing and tracking.
- Develop and refine scheduling algorithms for bus services, optimizing for demand and profitability.
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams on demand forecasting and fleet deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing and scheduling analysts.
