Role and Responsibilities :
- Design dynamic pricing models based on demand, customer behavior, and market conditions.
- Implement pricing strategies and optimize performance through A / B testing and tracking.
- Develop and refine scheduling algorithms for bus services, optimizing for demand and profitability.
- Collaborate with tech and operations teams on demand forecasting and fleet deployment.
- Lead and mentor a team of pricing and scheduling analysts.
Qualifications :
10–12 years in pricing strategy, product analytics, and revenue optimization.Expertise in dynamic pricing, demand forecasting, and scheduling in B2C industries.Proficient in SQL, Python, R, and Tableau.Experience in high-growth, data-driven environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Education : B.Tech (CS) or Bachelor's in related fields; advanced certifications preferred.
