About the Position
We have an excellent opportunity available for a someone seeking to make a difference and add value. The Order to cash analyst, International sits within Global Business Services (GBS) in the International Zone, reporting into the Order to Cash lead, International.

Main Responsibilities
Your primary responsibility will be to drive root cause analysis on key problem statements impacting our customers' experience (focused on Europe) from new customer set up, to ordering through to cash receipt. You will develop the recommended action plan for those root causes, and action the output. This continual improvement role is separate but closely partners with operations to enable you to step out the day to day and solve fully to root cause key problem statements in our processes. The aim is for you to tackle value statements for Kraft Heinz, either by improving our stakeholders' and customers' experience, unlocking value in the balance sheet, or driving efficiency by leveraging our IT tools more effectively or improving the process design through the customer lifecycle.

- You will be responsible to support in prioritising areas to tackle, and subsequently supporting on deep dive sessions on various areas of the customer lifecycle, as well as supporting the actions from those sessions and tracking all actions out to conclusion

- Working to optimise end to end in the order to cash processes, such as reviewing customer balance sheets holistically, and using these to drive prioritisation of actions, such as customer reconciliations
- You will perform root cause analysis on defined problem statements, develop and lead action plans to drive best practices throughout EMEA to improve overall performance (both in Kraft Heinz and our outsourced operations) and develop governance to drive adherence to best practices
- You are expected to drive tangible output to sessions ran with stakeholders and see those actions through to conclusion
- You will not be afraid to get into details and supporting process execution – getting our data right is a key facet the success of the projects and to this role and it will require you to cleanse and update system data to support more effective processes
- You will leverage our global network in GBS as well as other functions to seek out best practices to adopt into our ways of working

- At Kraft Heinz in GBS we are digitally led - You will work to get the most value (monetary, efficiency and insights) out of tools we have recently implemented, including High radius (Our autonomous invoicing to cash platform) and Celonis (process mining software), supporting change management to drive these down to operational norms
Qualifications
Hard Skills
Education – Bachelor's Degree required plus professional accreditation preferrable (Accountancy, mathematics, or engineering)Work Experience & Knowledge –2+ years' experience in invoice to cash processesExperience working with SAP, High Radius, Celonis, Tableau & Excel preferredDemonstrated ability to drive process excellence and delivery – agile / design thinking / six sigma methodology experience desiredExperience in working with internal & external control frameworks and auditorsExperience operating within an outsourced provider (GBS) environment preferableLanguage Knowledge – Fluent EnglishProfessional Attributes
