The HR Operations & Compliance Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, exit formalities, payroll processing, and ensuring adherence to all statutory and HR compliance requirements. The role ensures smooth HR operations and supports business continuity through efficient systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end employee onboarding and documentation process.
- Manage employee exit formalities, including clearance, F&F, and exit interviews.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in coordination with finance.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations such as PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity, and Labour Laws.
- Prepare and maintain HR compliance reports and audits.
- Coordinate with internal teams and management for HR operations and policy implementation.
- Support HR policy formulation, communication, and adherence across the organization.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.3–5 years of experience in HR operations, payroll, and compliance.Strong knowledge of statutory compliances and HR processes.Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Keka, Darwin, etc.).Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Skills Required
