About the Role
We are looking for a seasoned Vice President – Sales & Marketing to lead sales strategy and operations across luxury, premium, affordable housing, and commercial real estate projects in Jodhpur, Rajasthan.
This is a leadership role where you’ll drive revenue growth, build a high-performance sales culture, strengthen channel partner networks, and deliver an exceptional client experience—reporting directly to top management.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Strategic Sales Leadership
- Design and execute sales strategies across residential and commercial verticals.
- Own and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
🔹 Team Leadership & Culture
Lead and mentor a high-performance sales team with accountability and goal ownership.Implement performance metrics, training programs, and motivational systems.🔹 Channel & CRM Excellence
Build and manage strong channel partner, broker, and affiliate networks.Ensure seamless client journeys and drive referral-based business.🔹 Market Intelligence & Growth
Track market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes.Recommend refinements in product positioning, pricing, and campaigns.🔹 Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Projects, and Legal teams.Present sales metrics, forecasts, and strategy updates to senior leadership.Must-Haves
️ 20+ years of overall experience , including 10+ years in senior real estate sales leadership (GM / VP / National Sales Head level).️ Proven record of leading large teams and delivering high-volume sales in residential & commercial projects .️ Strong network of brokers, channel partners, and institutional clients .️ Excellent negotiation, closing, and communication skills.️ Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution .Education
MBA in Sales / Marketing preferred.
