Role Overview :

We are seeking a Vice President - Trading who combines deep expertise in financial markets and trading technology with top- tier management and leadership skills. This is a high- visibility role where you will be directly responsible for driving the firm's trading performance, leading cross- functional initiatives, and mentoring a team of world- class professionals. The ideal candidate is both hands- on in trading / market systems and strategic in leadership, capable of scaling business opportunities in a fast- moving global market.

What You'll Do :

• Strategy & Execution : Design, develop, and optimize trading strategies and execution systems across global crypto markets.
• Leadership : Lead and grow a high- performing team of traders, engineers, and analysts, ensuring clear goals, ownership, and execution.
• Cross- Functional Impact : Work closely with technology, product, and risk management teams to deliver scalable and innovative solutions.
• Market Intelligence : Stay ahead of evolving market structures, regulatory changes, and new asset classes to identify opportunities and risks.
• Mentorship & Culture : Guide team members in both technical and business problem- solving while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
