Job Description -Talent Acquisition Trainee
As a Talent Acquisition Trainee, you will support the Talent Acquisition team in identifying and hiring top talent. This role offers hands-on experience in the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and resume screening to conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Will be work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
Responsibilities
Assist in creating job postings and distributing them across various platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings of candidates.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system.
Participate in job fairs and recruitment events.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team.
Qualifications
B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA 2024 / 2025 pass out and MBA is preferred.
Strong interest in talent acquisition and HR.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
