Job Overview :

Hind Terminals Private Limited is seeking Graduate Trainees to join our operations team and gain hands-on experience in the logistics and supply chain industry, specifically in Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depot operations. This role is ideal for recent graduates proficient in MS Office, data analytics, and presentations, and who are eager to learn on-ground operations. The successful candidates will undergo structured training across various functions and gain valuable insights into the industry while contributing to key business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

On-Ground Experience in CFS and Depot Operations :

Assist in managing daily operations at Container Freight Stations (CFS) and depots.

Support the team in coordinating cargo movements, container handling, and warehouse management.

Learn the processes of inbound / outbound freight, documentation, and inventory management at depots.

Data Analysis & Reporting :

Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from CFS and depots to support decision-making.

Prepare regular reports and performance dashboards using data analytics tools.

MS Office Expertise :

Use MS Excel to manage operational data, perform calculations, and generate data insights.

Create professional PowerPoint presentations to present findings and operational updates to management.

Presentation & Communication :

Prepare and present reports on depot and CFS operations to internal teams and stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operational processes and identify improvements.

Project Support :

Assist in special projects related to CFS operations, warehouse efficiency, and depot management.

Work under the supervision of senior team members to achieve project goals and enhance operational efficiency.

Learning & Development :

Participate in training programs focused on logistics, CFS operations, and industry best practices.

Actively seek learning opportunities to understand logistics workflows and supply chain management.

Qualifications : Education :

Any Bachelor’s Degree ( BA, BBA, B.Com, BSC)

Technical Skills :

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Basic knowledge of data analytics

On-Ground Experience :

Interest or prior exposure to logistics, CFS, or depot operations is a plus.

Willingness to work in on-ground roles at CFS and depot locations.

Communication Skills :

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to present complex data and operations insights in a clear, concise manner.

Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills :

Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and offer solutions for operational improvements.

Learning Attitude :

Eager to learn and grow in a dynamic, on-ground operational environment.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
