Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic
IR Trainee
to join our Investor Relations team. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate communication, financial reporting, and capital market engagement. The ideal candidate will be passionate about finance, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to strengthening our relationships with investors and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Research & Analysis
Conduct research on industry trends, investor sentiment, and competitor activities.
Prepare reports summarizing key findings to support investor relations strategies.
Database Management
Maintain and update the investor contact database.
Ensure communication materials are accurate and compliant with regulatory requirements
Investor Communication Support
Assist in drafting and editing investor communication materials, including earnings reports, press releases, and shareholder updates.
Event Support
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing investor-related events and meetings.
Stakeholder Engagement
Support engagement with key stakeholders (analysts, investors) by preparing investor briefs, maintaining monthly MIS, and generating activity reports.
Education :
B.Com (Finance Enthusiast), MBA in Finance, or CFA Level 1 (appearing / pursuing)
Skills & Competencies :
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Basic understanding of financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow)
