Primary Role : The Sales and Application Specialist for Anatomical Pathology and tissue-based diagnostics drives product sales and provides technical support for reagents, antibodies, and imaging systems used in disease and cancer diagnosis. The role includes delivering training, troubleshooting, and tailored solutions to pathology labs, requiring strong technical expertise and customer-focused communication.
Responsibilities :
- Designing product strategies and ensuring its timely execution.
- Coordination with the sales team to ensure product implementation.
- New Product Identification & launch.
- Responsible for timely catering to customer queries and guiding team members on troubleshooting and finding solutions for the customers' queries.
- Regularly visited customer sites and participated in company events.
- Imparting technical training to the sales team.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- Market Mapping, Sales Strategies based on customer requirements, and competitor analysis.
- Coordination between customer and sales team
Experience : 2-5 yrs.
Who can apply :
Candidates should have knowledge of Pathology reagents, Histopathology,Immunohistochemistry, and IHC reagents.Should have a good customer service attitude.A self-starter with minimum guidelines is needed for performing the task.Problem-solving attitude, and willingness to take on multiple tasks.Good communication and ability to express and set the right expectations ofcustomers.Preferable from a Life science / Biotech companyQualification : Science graduates / Post Graduates (BSc / MSc) / B.Tech / M.Tech
