Application Specialist

Mission

A successful application specialist will be responsible for technical and product support for a multi-person sales team. Develop a comprehensive understanding of IBA products and services, and effectively communicate technical specifications to customers and the sales team across various sales processes.

Must be able and willing to travel >

50% of the time.

• Play an active role in the sales process and clear sales documents.
• Preparation of specifications and contracts with clinical partners and the sales team.
• Train customers and the sales team in clinical practices and applications.
• Reviewing market intelligence with respect to technical presentation and competitive analysis.
• Communicate market needs to the sales team and present the advantages of IBA products over the competition.
• Participate in external conferences and events.
