We are seeking a Sales Engineer to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical knowledge and sales acumen, enabling them to effectively support our sales team and engage with clients. This role will be crucial in demonstrating the value of our products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical support during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Assist in the development of sales proposals and presentations, ensuring that technical aspects are clearly communicated.
- Conduct product training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure effective product usage and implementation.
- Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on customer needs and product improvements.
Skills and Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical sales role.Strong understanding of technical concepts related to our product offerings.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and support cross-functional initiatives.Education
