As part of their continued investment in innovation and growth, they are seeking a visionary and accomplished leader to drive the development of high voltage Lithium Ion battery packs across mobility and stationary markets.

The Opportunity

This senior leadership position is critical to shaping the strategic roadmap for Lithium Ion battery systems. You will oversee the full product lifecycle from concept and design through prototyping, validation, and mass production, ensuring high standards of safety, performance, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Lithium Ion battery pack development in line with business growth objectives
• Lead cross functional teams in delivering world class products for electric vehicles, data centers, and renewable energy applications
• Drive innovation in areas including BMS integration, thermal management, and advanced manufacturing processes
• Foster a culture of technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning with both internal teams and external partners
