Key Responsibilities :
Generate and qualify leads across industrial sectors (pharma, auto ancillaries, surface treatment, food).
- Conduct site surveys, collect effluent data, and prepare technical offers (BOQ, sizing, CAPEX / OPEX).
- Manage end-to-end techno-commercial discussions with clients, consultants, and EPCs.
- Achieve sales targets for package STPs, ETPs, and ZLD systems.
- Coordinate with design, proposals, and project teams for smooth order execution.
- Maintain sales pipeline and report forecasts in CRM.
REQUIREMENTS :
Diploma / BE in Chemical, Environmental, or Mechanical Engineering.
3–10 years of sales experience in water / wastewater treatment plants (ETP, STP, RO, ZLD, Evaporators).Strong technical understanding of biological, membrane & evaporation systems.Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills.Willingness to travel extensively.Skills Required
