Responsibilities
- Act as a technical resource for the sales team by providing product knowledge and support during the sales process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and propose solutions that meet their needs effectively.
- Collaborate with the product development team to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into product enhancements.
- Provide training and support to customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and product understanding.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechanical, Computer Science, or related field).Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into business benefits.Proficiency in presentation software and CRM tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and internal teams effectively.Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Skills Required
