Key responsibilities :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including senior decision-makers.
Develop strategic account plans to drive growth, retention, and new opportunities.
Identify upselling and cross-selling potential; negotiate and close renewals and contracts.
Address and resolve client issues swiftly to ensure high satisfaction.
Track and report on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to guide strategic decisions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely product delivery.
